Cicom Brains provides professional human resource development and management training services and seminars. With branches in Tokyo, Singapore and Shanghai, our company offers a variety of comprehensive programs that allow participants to learn and develop their management, sales, negotiation , problem solving and interpersonal skills.
In Thailand, our company has collaborated with the College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU) since 2008 in offering our “Thai - Japanese Management Development Program”.Over 2,500 participants from approximately 300 companies have already successfully completed this effective intensive program. The majority of participants are Thai mid-level managers working at Japanese companies who are preparing for senior management roles. We provide various subjects such as Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Organization Management, Project Management et al.
Thailand has been integrated into the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), which means corporations must ensure their employees are equipped with the necessary skills to compete and thrive in a more competitive marketplace to achieve sustainable growth. We have established Cicom Brains UBCL CO., LTD. in order to fulfill our mission to aid our clients in developing their competitiveness by providing various high quality trainings, working closely with UBCL Co., LTD, a consulting firm in Bangkok founded by Suthee Panaworn.

Managing Director, Cicom Brains UBCL CO., LTD.
Atsushi Jigami graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Kansai University. He started his career at Sumitomo 3M in industrial materials and personal care product sales. He also managed business development and marketing. He then was transferred to the Corporate Marketing division where he was in charge of importing training programs from 3M headquarters to enhance global marketing skills. He joined Cicom Brains as HRD consultant, developing and marketing Management and Leadership Development programs, the CICOM-ISL open school and Business English training. He now heads Global Human Resource Development sales and operations in Japan and Asia as Executive Director of Cicom Brains in Tokyo and Managing Director of Cicom Brains UBCL in Thailand. He enjoys listening to orchestras and thinking of the similarities between conductors and corporate leaders.
