For the fullest benefit for participants and to enhance effectiveness of the class, we would recommend the following settings before joining the class.

• Each participant should use separated device to join the online class. A camera, a speaker set or headset with microphone is a must, because it is very important to do a workshop and discussions with others.
  

  Remarks:
  We understand the limited resources of companies which may send a group of participants at once. If necessary, group participants may use one computer with a projector to access online class. However, everyone must be able to use a microphone and a camara should show everyone’s face. So, the instructor and other participants will be able to see and communicate with you.
  Joining from multiple devices is also helpful, but participants should inform the classroom moderator before joining to prevent being removed.

• A PC or large screen tablets are recommended, because a smart phone’s screen size is limited and it may be difficult to see the material on the screen clearly.
